Psychotherapy & Consultancy

Adult Psychotherapy
We can all have times when we struggle or want to improve our lives, feeling uncertain or dissatisfied with aspects of your life. Therapy can support you to make the first steps in exploring how you want to live your life and explore if you want aspects to change. Whether you are struggling with relationships, work challenges, loss or bereavement, illness or financial difficulties, bullying or abusive relationships, therapy can help you to learn more about yourself and how you can develop and use your resources to improve or resolve some of those challenges.

I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore and work at your pace, together we will learn how to support you to manage difficult feelings, thoughts and sensations that are preventing you from enhancing your life and fulfilling your potential.

Group Therapy
Group therapy can offer a space experience of giving and receiving support from others, help you to find your voice and practice authentic connection with others in a facilitated environment. Group therapy is not for everyone, but it can reduce feelings of isolation and alienation

I work with Counselling, Psychotherapy or Counselling Psychology students who want academic and editorial support with essays, case studies, research projects and dissertations.
